#1 Cantonese Egg-Fried Rice Cake
Ingredients:
200g rice cake slices
2 eggs
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Spring onions

Instructions:
- Boil the rice cake until soft, and cut into appropriate pieces.
- Fry rice cakes in oil until golden on both sides.
- Add beaten eggs and stir-fry with rice cakes.
- Mix soy sauce and sugar, then garnish with spring onions.
#2 Sweet Potato Rice Cake Balls
Ingredients:
200g rice cake
1 sweet potato
2 spoons sugar

Instructions:
- Steam the sweet potato until soft, peel it, and mash it into a paste.
- Boil the rice cake until softened, then drain.
- Mix the sweet potato paste with the rice cake and form small balls.
- Pan-fry the rice cake balls.
#3 Crispy Spring Roll Fried Rice Cake
Ingredients:
200g rice cake
10 spring roll wrappers
2 tablespoons sugar
Oil

Instructions:
- Soften rice cake, cut into pieces.
- Wrap the rice cake and brown sugar in spring roll wrappers.

200g rice cake slices
3 tablespoons brown sugar
