1. Content Submission‍
‍1.1 Reel Requirements:
‍Participants must submit a total of three (3) reels. One (1) reel will be published each month in September 2024, October 2024, and November 2024.Two (2) reels can be freestyle, while one (1) must adhere to a designated Foodiver content series. Reels must be original content created specifically for this challenge.

‍1.2 Submission Deadline:
‍All reel submissions must be completed 5 days before the official posting date.

‍1.3 Time Slots:
‍Each participant will be assigned different time slots for their reel postings to ensure fair competition and maximum engagement for each participant.

‍1.4. Reposting:
‍Participants can repost their reels on their personal channels after the challenge has concluded.

‍1.5 Copyrights:
‍By entering the challenge, participants agree that all reel copyrights will belong to Foodiver.

‍2. Content Guidelines‍
‍2.1. Format and Duration:
‍Reels must adhere to the specified format and duration requirements set by Foodiver. Ensure that reels are high quality and meet the technical specifications provided.

‍2.2 Content Restrictions:
‍Reels must not contain offensive content, including but not limited to:
- Hate speech
- Racist content
- Religious or government-related content
- Explicit or inappropriate material
- Prejudice
- Stereotypes
- Sexist content

‍3. Participation Rules‍
‍3.1 Adherence to Rules:
‍Participants must strictly follow all challenge rules and guidelines, including reel format, duration, and series selection.Any deviation from the rules may result in disqualification.

‍3.2 Non-refundable Registration Fee:
‍If a participant exits the challenge mid-way or is disqualified, the registration fee will not be refunded.

‍3.3 Engagement Criteria:
‍The winning content will be determined based on the highest engagement, including likes, comments, shares, and views.

‍4. General Rules‍
‍4.1 Eligibility:
‍The challenge is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Participants must have a valid phone number and social media account.

‍4.2 Originality:
‍All entries must be the original work of the participant. Plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without permission will result in disqualification.

‍4.3 Permissions:
‍Participants must obtain all necessary permissions for any third-party content used in their reels (e.g., music, footage).

‍4.4 Prizes:
‍Prizes will be awarded to the top entry based on the amount of engagement. The decision is final and binding.

‍4.5 Promotion and Use:
‍By participating, entrants agree that their submissions may be used for promotional purposes by Foodiver across various media channels.

‍4.6 Privacy:
‍Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for challenge administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

‍4.7. Disqualification:
‍Foodiver reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the official rules or that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

‍4.8 Modifications:
‍Foodiver reserves the right to modify or cancel the challenge at any time without prior notice. By participating in the challenge, participants agree to abide by all the rules and regulations outlined above. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the challenge.

4.9 Any complaints from merchants will be thoroughly investigated by Foodiver.
‍If any actions are found to harm a business's reputation—such as poor communication with merchants, inappropriate attire during shoots, or causing merchant losses—Foodiver reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and pursue further action if necessary.

5.0 Foodiver shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the course of video shoots. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being while engaging in any activities related to the shoot. By participating, individuals acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks involved.
